Case Study
From FuelOS to Insigo: fuel delivery software that operators can rebrand
FuelOS was the project name for Insiyon’s fuel delivery platform build. That work is now Insigo — the ready-made product agencies and operators can brand and launch.

- Industry
- Fuel delivery / logistics
- Project type
- Mobile + operations platform, white-label
- Timeline
- First branded launch in 8–12 weeks
- Team size
- 4–6 (product, design, engineering)
The problem
Fuel delivery operators needed ordering, dispatch, driver workflows, tank records, and payments in one system — without rebuilding commodity infrastructure for every launch. Agencies serving this niche needed the same stack under their own brand, not a shared product with someone else’s name on it. Phone-based booking and spreadsheet dispatch could not keep up with commercial accounts, recurring drops, and proof-of-delivery requirements.
What we built
- Customer ordering on web and mobile: location, tank, fuel type, quantity, delivery window, and payment.
- Operator dispatch with live jobs, route planning, driver assignment, and fleet visibility.
- Driver app for stop lists, navigation, tank checks, delivered quantities, and proof of delivery.
- Multi-tenant white-label foundations so agencies can deploy under their own domain and branding.
- Commercial account patterns: multi-site customers, pricing rules, recurring plans, and billing-ready history.
The outcome
The FuelOS build became Insigo, Insiyon’s fuel delivery product. Operators and agencies can now launch a branded fuel delivery platform from a proven foundation instead of starting from an empty repo. The same modules — ordering, dispatch, drivers, tanks, and proof of delivery — power white-label deployments and custom extensions when a market needs more than stock fit.
